Responsibilities:
- Ensure Pool Safety: Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers in the pool area, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or potential hazards.
- Enforce Rules and Regulations: Educate and enforce pool rules to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Communicate courteously but firmly to maintain a secure and enjoyable swimming experience.
- First Aid and Emergency Response: Possess the knowledge and skills to administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations. Provide immediate medical attention and support to injured or distressed individuals.
- Conduct Regular Inspections: Perform routine checks of the pool area and equipment to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues. Report findings and coordinate with maintenance staff for prompt resolution.
- Customer Service: Interact with pool guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs. Provide assistance when required, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other lifeguards and pool staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Participate in regular training sessions and drills to enhance your skills and knowledge.
